I also represent clients on parole violations and landlord-tenant matters. My healthcare practice developed as a corollary to my work with Cynergy Consulting Services, Inc., and focuses mostly on dispute resolution, the valuation & sale of medical practices, compliance work, and provider employment contract negotiation.
