Budget Rent A Car has been operational in Oman since 1981 and was the first international car rental company to start operations in Oman. We offer a wide range of services viz. short-term rental, long-term lease and chauffeur service. We also offer guided tours of the city, trips to various parts of the Interior and International car hire reservations. Our 1400 strong fleet comprises a wide choice of vehicles that range from the large, luxurious Jaguar and Lexus to the small 1.3 liter car like the Toyota Yaris, and of course, the four-wheel drive vehicles for special terrain and with PDO specifications. Medium and full size cars like the Ford Focus and Peugeot 407 are also available. Over 300 vehicles are in major infrastructure projects in Sur, Sohar, PDO areas, OLNG areas, etc. We have a 24-hours counter at the Muscat International Airport. We have six other locations in the country. Our main office is in Al Khuwair, Muscat while we have another one in the Al Falaj Hotel (Muscat Downtown) in close proximity to the Commercial Business District. Two offices are in Salalah, at the Airport and at the Crowne Plaza Resort. We have widened our network by having offices at the Sur Plaza Hotel in Sur and in Sohar Downtown to enable us to offer our entire range of services to the industries and tourists in Sur and Sohar. We constantly strive to achieve the highest quality in customer service standards. Our professionally trained staff always endeavors to provide quality service through continuous improvement. Our Omanisation efforts in the Car Rental industry have won recognition from the Ministry Of Manpower. We have also received several Award Certificates for excellent cars and service provided to the Armed Forces Joint Exercises.
