Fair Winds Capital brings together partnerships to be acquire distressed multi-family assets in secondary and tertiary markets across the Southeast. We then stabilize the asset, at which point we seek to return and/or recycle the initial capital to our partners. Our goal is to provide healthy opportunities for our partners to preserve their capital first and foremost while enjoying cash flow, depreciation, forced appreciation, and increased quality of life for everyone associated with our deals all the way to our tenants.
