Cynthia Schoeman is the MD of Ethics Monitoring & Management Services (Pty) Ltd. She has been a speaker and lecturer on the subject of workplace ethics and has facilitated ethics workshops for more than 10 years with a wide variety of audiences, from students to senior executives. Her research and teaching led her to develop a web-based survey, The Ethics Monitor. The Ethics Monitor serves as a practical tool to help organisations measure, monitor and proactively manage their ethics. Her company, Ethics Monitoring & Management Services, also offers customised consulting, workshops and training to improve ethics in organisations. She is currently completing a book on ethics, Ethics: Giving a Damn, Making a Difference. Her aim is to improve ethics in our public and private sector organisations by building a critical mass of people committed to ethics and by better enabling them to make a difference.
