What is ROOTS? ROOTS is an international Jewish outreach organization organized to educate Jews and bring them closer to their traditions and roots. ROOTS connects thousands of students and adults throughout the world to local community members and to resources within their respective communities. ROOTS provides social and educational opportunities to its participants, enabling them to explore Judaism in a personal and enjoyable manner. ROOTS works with other educational outreach organizations to provide these resources, and emphasizes follow-up education and outreach for students looking to continue on their path to spiritual growth and religious practice.
