Pura Vida Soul Institute is a hot yoga studio and retreat center located in the middle of a 20-acre Muskoka forest. It was founded to support everyday, busy, working professionals overcome the stresses and burnout that often accompany all of their responsibilities. By drawing on both modern and ancient practices of yoga, meditation, art therapy, and a variety of innovative training techniques we help adults find their true balance in work and life. This means doing what you love and love what you're doing in all aspects of your life; allowing your soul to light you up from the inside out. We offer regular yoga classes, individual soul coaching, workshops, and retreats to help professionals, teachers, and healers in a variety of fields.
