Livingstone Tanzania Trust (LTT) and its supporters want to live in a world where every young person has access to a quality education. LTT works in partnership with communities in Tanzania to allow young people the opportunity to reach their full educational potential. LTT works in collaboration with local people and their leaders to identify and overcome the challenges that stand in the way of their children getting the quality education they need to overcome poverty. The concerns that the communities raise in relation to education for their children usually fall into 4 main areas: 1. School Infrastructure 2. Student Health 3. School Resources 4. Parental Poverty These areas are all interwoven and often the key to unlocking the potential of the young people is to tackle all of them at the same time and success cannot be achieved without the full buy-in, determination and collaboration of the community and their leaders.
