SE Design and Consulting Inc. is a growing civil/municipal engineering firm that was formed in October of 2004. The firm is located in Cold Lake, Alberta and currently employs 14 personnel specializing in a range of planning, engineering, surveying and construction inspection services. Within the Cold Lake area, SE Design and Consulting Inc. is involved in the planning, design, survey and project management for many of the new civil construction projects including municipal rehabilitations, subdivisions and developments.
