minibiblioPLUS is an outreach project brought to you by the Fraser Hickson library. Our Mission is to raise literacy levels by empowering our partners to instill in children a life-long love of reading and learning from birth and to enable free access to books and animation services. We offer free public minibiblioPLUS and an Early Literacy Component currently operating 106 programs in 76 sites in Quebec. Like-minded collaborators have urged us to bring our model to the national stage!
