Property Management Services Partner Gary Robinson has worked with David Johnson and Andrew Tucker since leaving university in 2000 and is head of the Property Management function. Most recently we welcomed Janet Young to the Johnson Tucker team to help our ever expanding property management department. Janet brings with her a wealth of experience managing multi let properties in the North East. Property Investment In June 2014 we were joined by Investment Agent Daniel Capobasso who has worked in the North East since 2008 and has a proven track record advising individual investors, property companies and funds on commercial investment transactions. Now Partner at Johnson Tucker, Daniel continues to source off market investment opportunities for clients and has an excellent selling record offering a wide range of commercial property investments across Newcastle and the North East. Experienced Property Valuers In June 2015 Malcolm Angus joined our dynamic and expanding team to head up the Professional function of Johnson Tucker LLP, specialising in Commercial Valuation as well as rent reviews and lease renewals. In the summer of 2014 we were joined by consultants Richard Harris and Kieran Conneely, formerly of Swaisland Harris Associates, which Richard established some 20 years previously. It was a practice that dealt principally with compulsory purchase and property management, as well as acting as Property Valuers. Richard has over 40 years of commercial property experience in the North East that reinforces Johnson Tucker's diverse range of services.
