Tough Cookie is a small training organisation that specialises in improving mental toughness. We have developed a pioneering framework called Mixed Mental Arts (MMA), a framework for self managed personal development that builds the capacity to cope with adversity in a way that is skillful and sustainable. MMA is a tool based approach, grounded in the time-tested insights and techniques of the eastern wisdom traditions and supported by the latest research in the fields of clinical psycology and neuroscience. We teach Mixed Mental Arts to organisations of all shapes & sizes via workshops, courses & bootcamps. We have spent years figuring out how to package complex idea's in a simple, fun and fast paced way (adding the occasional pinch of humour where possible.) Our vision is a world where everybody has the knowledge and skills to cope with the challenges of life skillfully and sustainably.
