EMCC Ireland exists to promote best practice, serving the needs of; * Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors, working in private practice or within organisations * Organisations using coaching and mentoring as part of their people strategy * Buyers of coaching, mentoring and supervision services * Researchers of coaching, mentoring and supervision Guiding Principles EMCC is an inclusive organisation for all parties throughout the island of Ireland interested in promoting the quality and development of coaching, mentoring and supervision. EMCC Ireland is the Irish group affiliated to EMCC International. EMCC is a non-profit making organisation, run by a Board of volunteer Council members.
