Our innovative programs serve people at all levels of career and personal development, and our collaborative partnerships are an essential community resource. SOAR’s Community Offender Re-entry Program (CORP) assists ex-offenders in their transition from incarceration to the community through support, employment services, mentoring and case management. CORP is the only voluntary program in NE Minnesota specifically designed to comprehensively meet the needs of ex-offenders and reduce recidivism.
