The Rocket Propulsion Laboratory is a student organization at the University of California, San Diego founded in the Fall of 2016. We are dedicated to innovating in the aerospace industry, with a particular focus on rockets! The RPL team is currently designing Ariel, a LOX/Methane engine. Innovative cooling techniques, an advanced igniter, and reliable injection put this engine in a class of its own.
