Adlington is a specialist hirer with two divisions; the supply of welding equipment and associated consumables and the supply of temporary power solutions to construction and related industries. This September the business has been trading for fifty years, starting in the small town of Adlington just outside Chorley and now serving the whole of the UK. Bill Turner was the original founder of Adlington and eventually his two sons Nigel and Howard took the reins. In 2013 the business was sold to CorpAcq, a specialist corporate acquisitions and investment. Nigel Turner still serves as Adlington’s Managing Director.
