Brickstorming works with people who are driving to make their organizations, institutions and communities more inclusive, effective and wise. By designing and facilitating meetings, seminars, and workshops from a playful perspective, we bypass the typical “lean back” scenarios where people watch presentations and never truly engage. Using a hands-on approach LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® encourages people to “lean forward,” to challenge their own assumptions and thinking processes and to understand, trust, and draw upon the co-creative capacities of the group.
