Executive Access Group operates in India as EAL Search. EAL Search was established in India in 2007 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the group that is based in Hong Kong. EAL Search and its parent company the Executive Access Group employ 65 staff around the region; most of our staff have work experience in the fields in which they recruit. Asia is our home, and this gives us the inside track on knowing who's who and what's what. All of our staff are either from Asia, or have adopted this region as their home.
