Synthesis Academy exists to develop leaders for a rapidly changing set of circumstances. New challenges, different priorities and value systems that focus on collective good, sustainability and equity. Leadership and leadership development must evolve. We have found that adults tend to learn and retain more when engaged in a practical and experiential learning process. Our approach enables each participant to learn through a method of internal realisation, integration of the learning within oneself and actualisation through supported real-world experience. It seems that a lot of humanity would welcome a positive change, seeking to experience much more genuine connection, much more care for our fellow neighbour & much more harmony in our global community. So, reading these signs on the wall and listening to our planet from our hearts, we have taken the time to re-imagine what leadership needs to look like to put us on a trajectory towards a healthy and harmonious world.
