An affiliate of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, the Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents (VASEA) is an individual membership organization made up of Enrolled Agents and other tax professionals in the Commonwealth of Virginia. The mission of VASEA is to promote the Enrolled Agent designation to the public, all tax practitioners, and taxing authorities; and to provide exceptional educational opportunities to all tax practitioners. The Commonwealth of Virginia is divided into five VASEA chapter areas, corresponding to the areas that have the largest concentration of Enrolled Agents within their boundaries. Chapter activities are the backbone of VASEA. To be a member of a local chapter you must be a member of NAEA/VASEA. To be an associate of a local chapter you must be an associate of VASEA.
