Yoga Spirit Studios is one of Adelaide’s oldest and most respected traditional Yoga and Meditation centers. Located in Torrensville, just ten minutes from central Adelaide, our unique heritage building allows all classes to be held in a space blessed with timeless quality and peace. Owner and principal Yoga teacher, Vani Shukla, holds more than 20 years of experience in practice, study, and teaching Yoga. She advocates the life-changing benefits of this ancient science of total well-being (physical, mental, and spiritual). We are a community that believes Yoga is for everyone. Classes offered include Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Slow Flow, and Vinyasa Flow.
