The Australian Institute for Human Wellness exists to meet the growing need for innovation in maintaining mental health and wellbeing. We are dedicated to producing meaningful, sustainable and positive changes to the lives of individuals and communities. We embrace and practice a stepped-care approach to mental health and wellbeing, and offer services which are not only reactive to mental health needs, but are proactive and preventative. Our services range from preventative interventions, to psychological therapy for acute mental health needs.
