The Greater Burnside Business Association (GBBA) is a volunteer organization that promotes, supports, and advocates for businesses and organizations within Burnside Business Park and the Greater Burnside area. Burnside is one of Canada’s largest business park communities and a major economic driver of the Halifax Regional Municipality. Our mandate is to support the needs of this Greater Burnside Business Community for services, infrastructure, and activities that: • Enhance the successful operation and growth of their businesses • Increase the satisfaction of employees with Greater Burnside as an employment location • Facilitate the ability of customers and clients of the Burnside business community to access their facilities efficiently • Are sensitive to the needs of the adjacent residential communities The GBBA was initiated in 2002 and incorporated in the province of Nova Scotia under the Societies Act on August 25, 2004.
