Fatherhood Alliance of Virginia (FAVA) is committed to enriching the lives of Virginia's children and strengthening their families through intensive work with their fathers. We are committed to using evidence-based programming to increase dads’ fathering knowledge and improve their fathering attitudes and skills. Our mission requires that we partner with private, public, and community organizations to collaboratively engage fathers.
