Perea Elementary is a public charter school located in North Memphis accepting applications for its kindergarten - 2nd-grade classes. Opened Fall 2018, our school brings a unique, nationally-acclaimed elementary school model to Memphis. In partnership with the Momentous Institute (Dallas, TX) and Perea Preschool (Memphis, TN), Perea Elementary School will apply thoroughly researched best practices to prepare our students academically, socially, and emotionally for success today and tomorrow. Our holistic approach to education prepares students for success beyond the classroom. Perea utilizes a whole-person approach to child development that recognizes the important roles of family and environment. We care about our students, their parents, and their families and encourage families to be an active part of our school community.
