Treatments include; Manipulation Mobilisation (joint and muscle) Home exercise programme Pilate’s exercise programme Gym and sports rehabilitation and training advice Injury prevention advice and long term injury prevention strategies Electrotherapy (this is used in a limited capacity when clinically indicated as a complement to treatment). Ergonomics: As well as assessing and advising on workplace layout and design we can provide manual handling and risk assessment training, DSE/computer workstation assessments and vehicle assessments. and Occupational Health/workplace Physiotherapy: Physiotherapy treatment for work caused/aggravated conditions including rehabilitation at the workplace. This also includes fitness for work (functional capacity assessments) and advising the workplace on how to manage injuries at work. We work with two local OH providers we can introduce services including Clinical Psychologists, fitness trainers, nurses and GP’s.
