It has also empowered people to move far beyond their comfort zone to reach for their highest potential. The founder, Mr. Kevin Kong has more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the area of training and consultancy, both at operational level and strategic level. He gained his professional qualification as Certified Professional Manager-HRM-UK, Certified Professional in Training & Development and Training Needs Analysis Specialist in year 2009, as well as a HRDF certified trainer.
