CPM Resources, Inc., was founded in 1995 to help clients strengthen core competencies in leadership and management development, cross-functional teams, and project management. All of the CPM workshops emphasize the inevitability of change and the various ways in which individuals can lead people and process in transition. The success of CPM's Leadership and Project Management curricula caused some clients to establish internal certification programs based on them.
