Seminary Properties and Management is a family owned and operated business that has existed on Chicago’s North Side for more than forty years. Named after one of our original properties on Seminary Avenue, we have grown with the neighborhood that we call home and now offer rental properties in Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Anderson Ville, Roscoe Village, Ravenswood, Wicker Park, Buena Park / Sheridan Park, Lincoln Square, North Center, and Albany Park. We are a hands-on management group with many members of our team residing in our properties. For more than thirty-five years our founder not only managed our properties, but also could be seen regularly with his family: cleaning halls, changing light bulbs, and mowing lawns. Since 1998, Seminary Properties has entered a new phase as a second generation assumed full management responsibility. We also employ a full-time maintenance team dedicated not only to providing general maintenance and repairs, but also to continually improving our buildings.
