CellSpan Wireless is a wireless service provider that offers a discount benefit to low income families and individuals in place of older technologies like landline phone service. To obtain CellSpan Wireless service, potential subscribers must meet certain eligibility requirements such as receiving governmental assistance or a household income that is at or below the federal poverty level.
