Carefree Design Center was founded in 1986 as Carefree Closets, a locally owned and operated company. As demand grew for other products, we became Carefree Closets and Garages and evolved in 1993 into our present day full service, space planning provider, Carefree Design Center. We are here to help our clients make the best use of their space whether it is a small linen space, room sized walk-in closet or a garage that is out of control. Carefree Design Center can help you turn that extra bedroom or den into a home office and can include a wallbed that will provide that extra space when company comes. No project is too small or too large. We work in both residential and commercial projects. Our designers have over 50 years of combined experience in space utilization, organization, and design. They will meet with you and work to help you make the most of your space and to meet your individual needs. We manufacture our own components so we are able to custom fit to your space.
