We are a Nottingham based event promotion company and independent record label. We regularly put on a wide variety of events in Nottingham and sometimes in Leeds, London, Sheffield and Blackpool too. We don't care where you come from.... But just so you know- I'm Not From London! If you live in Nottingham and like live music, and the creative arts, you'll have heard of us, if you do and you haven't, then you definitely should! Our nights are always fun, showcasing the best in Nottingham's talent and like to put bands from outside the city on too, largely but not always unsigned, we like to keep our nights fun. In the past our gigs have had mexican wrestling bouts, magicians, beatboxers, flying saucers and lightsabres, clowns in corsets, boxers in 1940's bathing suits, bunny girl custard based bonanzas, stick fighting in cages while punk bands play, prohibition themed speakeasys, London bus pub crawls around Nottingham, coach trips to the east end with all the bands and Notts music lovers travelling down on the partybus, masked balls, robot wars, burlesque, comedy, folk, and poet's are all welcome. We do it all and as long as we find it fun to do, we'll keep on doing it, you want to come to see us, we want to see you! We like to use as many different venues as possible to stop us and you gettng bored, currently the I'm Not From London collective are involved in different nights throughout the city.
