USDA certified organic, fairly traded, single origin, 100% Arabica coffee, produced and harvested artisianally by the small organic producers in the Turrialba region, located in the Central Valley of Costa Rica. Sun-dried and roasted in a "micro-beneficio" (small processing center), this coffee is simply smooth- very low acidity, and is characterized by its aromas of sugarcane and chocolate.
