Nurture them and watch our organisations flourish, right? But not everyone wants to flourish, or perhaps they just don’t know how. Perhaps they don’t know what makes them unique and a valuable member of the team. Perhaps they’ve had a bad experience, or ‘always done things their way’ and resisting change. This can show up as toxic cultures, victim roles and disruption to others–harbouring resentment and behaving like serial complainers. These people negatively impact not only their own performance but also the performance of those around them. We are on a mission to change this–with programs that enable teams to be more effective and successful. Specifically administration teams, who sometimes fall between the gaps when it comes to Professional Development.
