Kinex Therapy is a private occupational therapy practice, owned and operated by Shannon Farmer and Kymberly Farmer-Kaufmann. Kinex Therapy owners and associates work closely with insurance providers, government agencies and the medical legal community to complete unbiased functional abilities evaluations, in-home assessments, ergonomic assessments and job demand analysis. Additionally, Kinex therapists complete assessments, interventions and return to work programs for those with traumatic brain injuries, musculoskeletal injuries and mental health diagnosis.
