Illahe Lodge is a fourth-generation family business that has been "home" for people visiting Oregon's Rogue National Wild and Scenic River since 1942. At Illahe Lodge, we work with people who come to the area to relax, reconnect with family and friends, step back in time and reconnect with their past, fish or float the Rogue River, and hike or run the Rogue River Trail. We work with both commercial outfitters and private individuals/groups. Illahe Lodge is located about 1/2 mile up the Rogue River Trail from the trailhead on Big Bend Pasture and 1 mile upstream from Foster Bar near the community of Agness. We do business the "old fashioned way" - we don't take plastic, we provide sitdown meals, and we build relationships with our guests. When you stay at Illahe Lodge, you aren't staying at a motel or hotel, you are a guest in the home that my great-grandparents built from the ground up. Illahe Lodge is on the power grid, has wireline phone service, and provides guests with end-of-the-road seclusion. We call that combination "selective isolation."
