Founded in January 2003 by Ingrid van Heerden and Andrea Kellett, Thrive Learning Facilitation’s vision is to make a significant difference in the lives of all South Africans. We believe the Skills Development Act of 1998 provides wonderful opportunities to assist in up-skilling and improving the employability of all members of our Rainbow Nation. With our team's combined knowledge, expertise and experience we have developed this vision into a business. Thrive was established and continues to flourish many years later. We are to date still managed by Ingrid and Andrea, ably assisted by our professional Thrive team. Our client base is spread across South Africa – we offer nationwide accreditation and SDF assistance to large corporates, NPOs, government departments and small 1-man businesses alike.
