We provide free, confidential and impartial advice and campaign on big issues affecting people's lives. Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face. We're an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales. We give advice, information, and support to anyone who needs it. Annually we are helping over 4,000 people, with over 29,000 issues at both generalist and specialist level on a range of issues, including debt, housing, consumer, employment and welfare benefits. We have a successful track record in delivering information, support, and advice services and in supporting volunteer and learning development initiatives. Our services address and respond to changing community needs, focusing on developing awareness of rights and responsibilities to address and tackle social exclusion and economic problems within our communities.
