The Children’s Services Commissioning Team at Norfolk County Council aim to improve the lives of the regions vulnerable children and young people through the delivery and development of high quality in-house and external support services. This means forming strong and resilient partnerships across the public sector, including voluntary and community sector partners, the private sector, with both local and national businesses and the children, young people and families we serve.
