Marine Icon is an annual event held by Department of Marine Engineering, Faculty of Marine Technology, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, Surabaya. Marine Icon was started in 2005. As one of the biggest Maritime Event held by undergraduate students, we help Indonesia to generate new ideas related to maritime field. We held various events and competitions such as: - Eco Solar Boat Competition (ESBC) - Marine Diesel Assembling Competition (MDAC) - Robotic Boat Competition (RBC) - Marine Paper Competition (LKTIN MAPATION) - Media Campaign Competition (MCC) - Marine Festival (MARVEST) - Symposium of Maritime Industry (SYMPHONY) - Community Service - Welcome Dinner Since the first time Marine Icon was held in 2005, we have invited participants from universities and high schools all over Indonesia, with the aim that the participants who competed can develop themselves within the event and can give back their contribution for the Maritime Industry in Indonesia. Marine Icon 2019 is the 14th event with the theme: "Challenging Future Engineer to Develop Indonesia as a Global Maritime Axis through Creativity and Innovation"
