TGELF identifies and nurtures young people with potential to be great leaders: those with strong leadership skills, ethics, altruism and decisive action (LEAD). TGELF’s curriculum, which focuses on the often-overlooked pillars of ethics and altruism, reaches 2.5M children in thousands of schools across 14 countries, and growing rapidly. Imagine a ship with a hole in the hull and water gushing through – the crew frantically scoops out the water, but no one tries to plug the hole. If today’s dictators, terrorist attacks, crises in the Middle East, and Donald Trump are the water threatening to sink the ship, we believe the lack of altruistic leadership is the hole. Young leaders are nurtured through involvement in TGELF’s NGO partnerships and socially aware projects, giving them the opportunity to lead at a young age.
