Diponegoro University (Indonesian : Universitas Diponegoro, abbreviated as UNDIP) is a public university in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. The name "Diponegoro" is taken from the Indonesian patriot who fought against Dutch colonialism in the early 19th century. UNDIP has 11 official faculty, 1 postgraduated school and 1 vocational school. Educational objectives of Diponegoro University is to produce graduates who have the profile of COMPLETE (Communicator, Professional, Leader, Educator, and Thinker), who are able to contribute to the development of science, technology, arts, culture and education at national and international level.
