The Chinese American Real Estate Association, CAREA; was founded in 1993 as a Not-for-profit Organization with a mission to bring together and unite real estate industry professionals focused greater New York area. The Association is principally driven by generous sponsorship funds and membership fees. Throughout the year CAREA hosts events, educational seminars and put forward initiatives to further develop the ever-so-fast expanding populace of the real estate industry professionals in the Asian community of the New York area. CAREA encourages co-events with other non-profit organizations and is always in support of any initiatives in the betterment of the real estate industry in the Asian community.
