Rithipul (former Puthipul) is a company (Social Enterprise) was established in 2012 as Youth Financial Development Foundation (YFDF) to provide support and enhance accountability in MicroFinance Institute and banks in increase financial education for Cambodian Youth to provide benefit, sustainable and growth for micro-financers and bankers and microfinance service holders. In February 2015, YFDF has been changed its name with remain the same purpose to Karuna Training Center (KTC). In March 2019, KTC has been legally changed its name to Rithipul Co., Ltd.
