ASSESSMENT We assess your values, skills, experiences, and lifestyle goals to determine what kinds of businesses are most suited to you. If business ownership is not right for you just now, we will be transparent about that. During this time, we discover what additional experts you might need for funding and/or legal services. Plan to include your spouse or partner. If you go forward from here, we'll ask you to fill out a confidential questionnaire and a business owner profile survey. EDUCATION We determine what you currently know about business ownership (both independent or via franchise), and we raise your level of knowledge for the differences and for what owners should expect. We equip you to ask great questions as you go into the interview stages, should you choose to do so. If you go forward from here, we'll ask you to commit to researching at least two of the brands recommended. MATCHING Using the understanding gained during the assessment phase, we recommend 3 to 5 great options. Expect to be surprised by the recommendations. After all, nobody grows up wanting to own a window-washing company. Yet, some owners become successful with such a business. If you go forward from here, we will ask you to validate with at least three owners each for two brands and to keep us updated about funding/legal /property work. ADVOCACY In this phase, we support you through the complex interview process with brand representatives and existing owners. They will help you determine the financial viability of each brand as you make final decisions for you and your family.
