Inspiration Group is a real estate investment and Asset Management company with its headquarters in Berlin. The privately owned company has been investing in residential and commercial real estate in Berlin and Germany since 2009. Initially Inspiration Group focused on Berlin and value-add properties. The Group has since expanded its investment strategy to include core real estate across Germany and over the past few years has transacted at a volume of approximately 500 million Euros. Inspiration Group has a 50-person team (in three locations) and handles the acquisition, project development, and asset management of their own 200 million euro portfolio. In close cooperation with partners and investors, Inspiration Group is passionate about examining and identifying investment opportunities in urban areas with a short and unbureaucratic decision-making processes.
