We pride ourselves in our ability to process smaller batches than the large industrial coaters resulting in shorter turn times and more custom options for our customers. We offer a huge selection of colors including metallics, textures, translucents and clear coats. Powder selection is based on the application of the product and the desired effect. Our powders result in a more durable, high adhesion, chip resistant, scratch resistant and chemical resistant finish than standard paints. We perform restoration techniques for cosmetically damaged parts, including rust removal, filling and smoothing pitted surfaces, and priming before applying a final powder coated finish. Anything that shouldn’t be painted, like threads, or mating surfaces, will be custom masked. We also provide media blasting and chemical stripping to remove paint or powder from previously coated parts.
