OurTechLegacy.org is a not for profit enterprise set up in 2021 following conversations with a number of leading technologists who shared growing concerns about the environmental impact of how technology is being built, delivered and consumed. Our mission is to work with industry to be free of carbon emissions across the internet and all technology used by enterprises as quickly as possible. Given technology plays a part in most peoples daily lives, we believe that creating energy optimised solutions and retiring/repurposing ineffecient technology will play a signicant role in our battle to fend off Global Warning. We all use technology, either as a consumer, provider or both. Climate change is happening now, it is all our responsibility to do something about it before it is too late. OurTechLegacy.org will show and help you do that. What we do: Create Awareness - We help to create a broad understanding as to how our use of technology impacts the planet. Educate - Teach people how to build, deploy and run energy efficient technology. Take Action - Help organisations deliver Carbon Free/Neutral solutions.
