UPLIFT Leadership is a nonprofit organization focused on career success education and job readiness training for youth and young professionals. UPLIFT Leadership addresses emerging and systemic economic equity issues. Amidst social injustice, political unrest, a pandemic and a recession, diverse professionals and their employers face new challenges.
