Since operations commenced in 2004 Omega Technical Engineering has evolved into an innovative design and manufacturing facility. We are a privately owned company, strategically located between Sydney and Melbourne, specialising in customer centric project management and precision CNC machining. We offer a one stop solution, thinking outside the square to provide a quality finished product to suit your application. Throughout the entire process our design and manufacturing teams collaborate with the customer to create designs optimised for cost effective manufacture. We have extensive experience providing a full spectrum of services from design, prototyping and production through to turnkey projects, having completed projects in an array of manufacturing industries including agriculture, automotive and Motorsport, defence, food processing, construction, mining and hydraulic / pneumatic's. The company has grown from a small workshop with a single employee and two CNC machines, into a 3000 square metre facility with 14 full time staff and a unique combination of 13 CNC machines. This expansion has allowed us to increase efficiency and capacity enabling management of workflow to demanding production schedules and providing quick turnaround times, whilst still maintaining production flexibility, ultimately resulting in a more cost effective solution for our customers. The General Manager, and now owner, has overseen the operations of the business since the installation of the first machines. Our staff include an in-house mechanical designer, specialist tradespeople and support personnel. We are also very proud to be investing in the future of manufacturing and currently have four apprentice CNC machinists.
