Heer Bros., Inc. was established in 1922 and has been responsible for providing outstanding, quality Mechanical Contracting work ever since. HBI installs new and retrofit heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems. Our work is exclusively in the commercial and municipal markets based on plans and specifications. About 50% of our work is exclusively mechanical with other trades working for the owner or general contractor. We generally sub-contract ductwork, insulation, automatic control, balancing and sprinkler work and all other trades as required to accommodate the installation of mechanical systems. Our employees install piping systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment and perform general construction work, such as demolition associated with our projects. HBI supervises and manages the other subcontractors to complete other portions of the contract work.
